JAS Czech was established in Prague in 2003. We offer logistics services focused on international air and ocean freight as well as related services.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, March 24, 2025 – JAS and Naqel have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership. The partnership will combine Naqel's robust regional network with JAS's global logistics expertise.
Naqel, a subsidiary of Saudi Post Logistics (SPL) provides comprehensive coverage across the GCC region. By partnering with JAS, one of the largest and fastest-growing privately-owned logistics companies, both organizations are well-positioned to support the Kingdom's ambitious plans and strengthen its role as a global logistics hub.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Adnan Almazrooa, Deputy CEO of Naqel, and Erwin Wittemaier, Area VP of JAS Middle East, in the presence of Dr. Sohail Choudhry, CEO of Naqel, Justin Sloan, Chief of Freight Forwarding at Naqel, and senior leaders from both organizations.
This collaboration aims to develop strategic trade lanes, mitigate supply chain disruptions, and provide multi-modal logistics solutions that drive efficiency and resilience.
By working together, JAS and Naqel will contribute to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals of enhancing trade integration, accelerating economic diversification, and fostering sustainable logistics solutions.

ATLANTA, February 20, 2025 – JAS, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, has successfully completed its acquisition of International Airfreight Associates B.V. ("IAA"), a specialized provider of Air, Ocean and Road Freight services headquartered in the Netherlands. This milestone follows the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) announced in December 2024 and marks the official integration of IAA into the JAS network.

Seaports are critical components of the global transport system. JAS is present with our own port terminals at every port in Norway as well as via our partners in countries around the globe. With convenient port locations, it is only a short distance from ships to land-based logistics functions.
We have a close relationship with large industrial suppliers and ship owners and operate as agents for the largest feeder companies. We offer loading and discharging of bulk loads, tankers, and container vessels, and quayside storage provides direct access to container ships and marine vessels. This is available from both our own and our clients’ quays. In addition, our experienced team members can provide all services related to the stuffing, stripping, securing, and packaging of goods in containers.
All Norway ports have container depots and dedicated staff with broad experience in terminal operations. Our teams of qualified service engineers oversee the maintenance and repair of all containers, ensuring they are ready to be loaded and shipped. We provide daily stock- and movement-reports, and always have the right equipment available at the right time.
We offer a cross-docking solution that keeps your goods moving. The storage time is significantly reduced, or eliminated, as the goods are distributed directly to the customer. The goods are received through an inbound dock, separated, mixed as required, and directly transferred to the outbound dock. This is a convenient solution for temperature-controlled goods that must be transported quickly or already packaged and sorted goods.
One of the most important things in port logistics is personal service. We put the customers first, solving their problems by providing customized solutions and around-the-clock customer service with flexible and reliable processes.
