All services rendered by JAS are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth below.
Where JAS’s affiliated NVOCC, Blue World Line (FMC Org No. 027574), is providing ocean freight services, the terms and conditions of the Blue World Line Bill of Lading shall apply.
Where JAS is providing air freight services, the terms and conditions of the JAS House Airway Bill shall apply.
For all other modes of transport, including pre-carriage and post-carriage, the Country Terms and Conditions set forth below shall govern. In the instance where such terms and conditions are not applicable, the JAS FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services shall govern.
